Today in class:  We discussed the priniciples of landscape design we started on Friday and completed this websearch on landscape principles.

In class the landscape design project was introduced.   You should begin your brainstorming and exploring ideas.  Projects will be presented on Monday, May 23rd (no late projects accepted!).

Today in class: We completed the fruit dissection lab - each fruit was cross sectioned, and then we completed a labeled, color diagram for each and identified each as a simple or compound fruit.   If you were absent, you can complete this with 5-6 fruits at home or you can come in to make up.

Today in class:  We turned in the Fast Plants summary and the Monocot or Dicot activity.  We also completed this plant fact on the watermeal.

Homework:  Continue any research on your botanist you could apply to your Photostory and/or downloading any music or images that are appropriate.
